Can I use extreme Asia as a same meaning of far Asia?

If I'm from the farthest end of Asia, I learned I can say I'm from far end of Asia. And I found the word "extreme" also used as meaning of "farthest". So Is it right expression to use "I'm from extreme end of Asia?"

Hi,

Neither expression is good.

'The . . . end of Asia' sounds like an odd idea. If someone said that to me, I'd smile and ask eg How many ends does Asia have? Where is the end you are talking about?'

We do, however, speak of 'the Far East''. Perhaps this is what you are thinking of. But never 'the extreme East.'
