Can I use both "never" and "ever" in a sentence?

Never have I read such an interesting book ever.

Is this IK?

The combination is used informally, with "ever" adding additional emphasis. More often, though, the words "never ever" are together. Your sentence, with "ever" at the end, seems less usual, and perhaps in need of some punctuation, such as "Never have I read such an interesting book – ever".
