Hi!
Can I structure my sentence like this? Can I put the underlined part in commas?

The Parties hereby agree that the Party A shall pay, at the signature of the present agreement, to the Party B EUR 100.00 in cash for the transferred rights; the signatures of the parties on the present contract shall confirm that the money has been transferred and received.
