Can i send my project status in the following way?

Can i send the status of my project during last one month in the following manner?
<Project Name> performance was very stable in this month.

No issues were there for the <Project name>

For now no help required from Manager.

1. <Project Name> performance was very stable in this month.

The suitability of this phrase depends on what <Project name> refers to. For example, if <Project name> is also the name of a service that needs to be kept up and running (say a website, to pick an example at random) then it might be OK. But if <Project name> refers, say, to a bunch of people working to develop a product then "performance was very stable" does not sound right. Something like "Progress was steady" or "Progress was consistently good" would be better.

2. You could perhaps say:

There were no (major/significant) issues relating to <Project name>.

But I think it would be easier and cleaner just to tack this point on to the last sentence:

<Project name> performance was very stable this month, and no significant issues arose.

Progress on <Project name> was consistently good this month, and no significant issues arose.

It's not possible to be sure how <Project name> will grammatically link in to the sentence (for example, whether it needs "the") without knowing the actual words of <Project name>.

3. For now, no help is required from the Manager.

I guess this might be OK, but it seems iffy to me, and in most circumstances I think something like the following would probably be better:

I/We have no concerns to raise with management.

(I would normally say "issues" rather than "concerns", but you just said "issues" and the repetition would be slightly awkward.)
