Can I say "within contract validity"

Hi all, I was wondering if i can say "within contract validity", which means within the period before a contract expires.

Hi Micawber, it's not a sentence, instead it's an entry of a table, here it is:
"Job leaving ratio per year(within contract validity)"

Ah. Well, I understand it, but it seems rather long and stilted for a table entry. I would think something like 'broken contracts per year' or 'annual contract exits'.
