Can I say this?
"I'm just having a drink."
"'A' drink? You've been drinking hard for two hours now. I've been watching you. And actually I saw you here last week too, doing the same thing. That's why I assumed you were having a problem. But if you tell me you don't, I believe you."
Can I say the sentence in bold and does it seem natural in the context?
