can i say this?....

hello, I want to know if you understand when someone is crying and i want to tell him that im sorry but in other way, just like '' my tiers/cries with you'' , is it wrong grammatically ?...i'm learning english but i'm now in a high level, just want to know that, pls I'll be so greatful if you help me with that.

Say: "I really feel for you" or "My heart goes out to you."

By the way, "tier" is not the same as "tear."
