Can I say the following sentences?

Hello, dear all:
I have some questions on the use of temporal "since" together with the perfect construction, can anyone help me with the following sentences?
1. She has been sick since 1999 but she is fine now.
2. She has been living in Cape since 1999 but she doesn't any more.
3. She has been sick ever since 1999 but she is fine now.
4. She has been living in Cape ever since 1999 but she doesn't any more.
Are the above sentences all correct or are there some of them correct? What is the difference between since and ever since? Thank you.

Since is incorrect in your sentences. Major revision is needed. If you say: She has been sick since 1999 , you can't add: she is fine now.
