Can i say that ??

Hey there,

I just saw that the deduction for the health insurance from your paycheck wasn’t right.

It should be $166.599 per a month and not per pay check. In the next payroll you are not going to be deducted and you are all set for next month.

Sorry about that!

Hi,
The whole tone of this is very, very casual, lile you know me and you are my pal. I assume that's the tone you want, so I'll just correct the grammar.

I have merged two of your threads and deleted the other two duplicate threads.

Please post a question only once!

I would add my voice to Clive's that this is a very casual tone and not suitable for a business situation unless the person you were writing to was also a friend.
