Can I say so?

I've got a question. I've traslated a sentence recently and it made me confused a bit. Can I say so:
How many fares is one to pay from London to Folkestone?
If the sentence I have just written doesn't make sense I'd like to look at your suggestions but I'd like the word "fare" to be used there, as I know how I can say this without this word. Thanks a lot!

Top answer

What is the bus/train fair from London to Folkstone? How much do I have to pay to travel between London and Folkstone?

I speak Polish fluently. So English is not my first language. There are so many websites to learn basic English. You could easily find them.

When you write a sentence, you should always start with a capital letter. Some people say upper case letters instead of capital letters.

Andrei!! ~L~
I wouldn't "insist" that you can't do without a comma in that question, I simply think that using a comma makes the construction sound better.
