Can I say like this?

I will keep my health/body fit/healthy/in shape by working out everyday.

Thank you!

These are OK. Note that 'every day' is two words: I will keep my health by working out every day. (unnatural but gramm atical) I will keep my body fit/healthy/in shape by working out every day.

I appreciate your committment/devotion.

Is it ok to say above?

I appreciate your commitment/devotion.-- This is OK, but they would be used in different circumstances.

So in this situation, commitment is ok but not devotion?

You have presented no situation. Your sentence floats in a vacuum.

Sorry I made you misunderstand. The situation is that you replied to my question. So I said thank you for your committment and devotion. And I asked this question.

Ah, then both are too profound for this situation. I have neither commitment nor devotion. I have too much free time and a need to inculcate my ideas and attitudes toward the language.

A simple 'Thank you' is all that is called for, at most.
