I have sent you an email - but not really needed as the person will know you have sent them an email as they are reading it!

Can you please print (out) the attachment(s). - plural if more than one attachme

Just as an aside, while "email" may be countable or uncountable, snailmail may not. "I sent you a letter in the mail." A letter would be called a piece of mail, not a mail. - A.
