Can I say 'I haven't seen her so far this morning.'?

I'd think the word 'so far' means that up to now.

But in the same sentence there were both so far and this morning.

I used to think the word 'so far' means 'up to now'.

Imagine the speaker says it's noon, there were two different time in it, Now and Morning.

Is it good or bad? and why? Would you answer me?
