Can I say "he said he will"? Is the tense correct?

His lawyer Noppadon Pattama added Thaksin won’t accept the pardon and he doesn’t think the government would do anything that will benefit him or any individual specifically. He said he is prepared to sacrifice his personal happiness even though he has not received justice. He said he will be patient for the sake of the people.
