Can I say about myself "ME BETTER" when i compare myself with another person?

Look. For example.....One man posted comment to the video with nice girl :" she's cute"

and i replied to him "ME better"

does it sound grammaticaly right or should i said "I'm better"?

Are you a cuter girl? If so, use I'm better.
