Can I remove auxiliary verb in passive voice?

Good day teachers

I wish you are at your best.

Sorry for taking your time.

I have a question in these sentences below:

Seal rescued after being swept 50 MILES inland - as a dolphin is beached in Cornwall.
Is there a (is or was) is omitted in this sentence after the noun (Seal)?

She placed a distant fourth after tumbling twice..
Is (She was placed) right?

I understand like the (is, was, were, are) are removed or omitted?
Or the sentences are giving another meaning I do not understand?

Thank you very much in advance.

"Place" here is not passive. It means the same as "She came in a distant fourth." or "She ended up in fourth place."
It is simple past tense.

If you want a finite verb, you cannot omit the auxiliary verb in passive voice sentences.
If you want a non-finite verb, omit the auxiliary verb.
