Can I put 'every day' in 'the has / have been ing' tense?

I have been sleeping for 7 hours every day.

Can I put 'every day' in 'the has / have been ing' tense?

I think that this one below is just right without 'every day'.

I have been sleeping for 7 hours.

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual in advance.
