Can I make sentence like this?

Hi.

I want to make question sentence. But some are not sure like follow.

for example,
Which noun + be + s+ verb?
What noun + be + s+ verb?

Can I use like this?

How noun + be +s ?
When noun + be + s + verb?

But If I want to make sentence to use when or How,
But i'm not sure. how to make sentence like above sentence?

Also is this sentence correct?
What post-it do you have?

Here is the pattern for questions.

If the verb is "be", just change the subject with the verb.

You are cold. -> Are you cold?
He is a teacher. -> Is he a teacher?
We are friends. -> Are we friends?

If the verb has two or more parts, but the helping verb first:

You are running. -> Are you running?

You can use many different verbs.
eg.

How many people is this elephant carrying? -> This elephant is carrying five people.
