Can I get away with only 1 comma in these example sentences?

Does one comma suffice in these sentences?

The umpire made a bad call, and in the interest of fairness he reversed his decision.

I hate the sight of cooked chicken livers, and quite honestly I will throw up if I ever see them again.

Mark was going to divorce Amy, but after careful consideration of the repercussions involved he decided not to go through with it.
