Can I exclude "disorders" without loosing the meaning of the sentence?

"I gained an understanding of the Diagnostic and Staticial Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) including the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia, depression, eating (disorders), anxiety (disorders) and personality disorders"

I think you could probably lose it after anxiety but you need to keep it after eating - as diagnostic criteria for eating really does not make sense (we all eat, nothing wrong with that!). Likewise we all have personalities so you need to keep the word disorder afterwards.
