Can I combine my two sentences into one?

(1) You will wear your brown jacket tomorrow. I will wash it for you next Friday.

(2) I will wash your brown jacket next Friday that you will wear tomorrow.

I am sure (1) is correct. My non-native friends think (2) sounds awkward. Is it really awkward? Thanks a lot.
