I have some news from Southern University, as you know I want to do this project , therefore I am tracking down any news to do to acquire this project.
apparently Southern University had plan to go ahead with tender which means design & build. I understand that SU been contacted by Turkish construction firm but they failed to meet SU requirement.
Southern University will update me for any new development.
