Can 'his photos' and 'photos of him' be interchangeable?

Hi, everyone!

Once I wrote a huge appreciation post to a person on Instagram, and in P.S. I wanted to give credits to the photographer who had taken the photos that I used for the post.

I wrote the following:
"P.S. I would upload All of his photos on here if it only were possible. So here are some pictures from definitely one of my favorite photoshoots taken by the amazing (the name of the photographer) in 2017. I do hope he does not mind if I post them."
In the first sentence, I tried to convey that it was impossible to post a thousand pictures (in which the person I wrote the appreciation post about is depicted) on Instagram at once, but it is possible to share some of my favorite only.

I'm sure that there is a better way to put the same thought and maybe I really should have used 'all of the photos of him' instead 'all of his photos' for more clarity, but I'm not a native speaker and just curious about how English speakers can understand that.
