Can "high" play the role of a conditional?

It probably would make a lot more sense and be a lot more entertaining high, which is probably the best way to watch it.

I'd like to know answers on the following two questions.
1. Does "high" play the role of a conditional?
2. In the "which" relative clause, Is "probably the best way to watch it" the subject and is "high" the complement?

Thank you in advance for your help.

It probably would make a lot more sense and be a lot more entertaining high, which is probably the best way to watch it.

I was wondering if I can replace "which" with "as."
