Can 'had' be omitted in this sentece without changing the meaning?

What is the difference between these 4 sentences?

1. Remember the day you called me up at 2 AM and we enacted this?
2. Remember the day you had called me up at 2 AM and we enacted this?
3. Remember the day you called me up at 2 AM and we had enacted this?
4. Remember the day you had called me up at 2 AM and we had enacted this?

(1) is the obvious choice, meaning that they called you and then you enacted it, though I'm wondering whether "enacted" is the correct word. I can't think of any reason why you would want to say any of the others. "

I can't think of any reason why you would want to say any of the others. If you already enacted it prior to the call, you could say "Remember the day you called me up at 2 AM after we had enacted this?"

GPY"Remember the day you called me up at 2 AM after we had enacted this?"
Hi, GPY. Is had really needed there? Because from what I know, using past perfect when the order of the events is clear is unnecessary.

Right, the past perfect is not mandatory there. However, it could be used.
