Can 'finagle' be a noun?

At 1:29, Jack Black seems to be saying:
I actually pulled a situation, a little finagle, pulled some strings...

Is it 'finagle' that he said? If so, it seems to have been used as a noun there. Is this possible?

Thanks.

Actually, I've got one more question.

At 2:07, Jack says:
So it just goes to show, no matter how ******** your dad is, he's still just an embarrassing dad. _________________________________________.

He said something in the blank but Jimmy was laughing so it was hard to figure out what Jack was saying.
Could you tell me what it is?

I can't get it either. Maybe the ending is "...sitting with."?

I think he says ".. that you've come to be associated with."
