Can check my grammar, grammatical mistakes and sentence structure please?

We would like to thank the reviewer for pointing out this confusing situation about the resolution time of the haemorrhage and for showing our mistake about the resolution time in the Hughes et al.'s study. To clarify the first issue, follow-up periods and clinical course of the patient has been more detailed in ‘Outcome and Follow-up section” as follows and the resolution time of the haemorrhage has been expressed as “at 12th week” instead of “84 days” in the manuscript. Additionally, resolution time reported by Hughes et al. has been corrected as 22 days.

I don't know the details of your field or what you are talking about, but this sounds better to me. We would like to thank the reviewer for pointing out two concerns, which we have addressed as follows. First, the follow-up periods and clinical course of the patient are discussed in more detail in the ‘Outcome and Follow-up' section and the resolution time of the haemorrhage has been expressed as “at 12 th week” instead of “84 days” in the manuscript.
