Can be sent out? or can be send out?

I need to write the letter tell the customer and said the samples can be send out around 31. Sep, it means i didn't send them out why should I use sent? if is about the grammar, I'm not familiar the grammar work, do anyone can help me, thank you in advance. or can correct my grammar directly.
