Can be better phrased?

Wondering if there is a better way to phrase the words in bold below:

1. The email address cannot be found in the mailing lists. But the one with one 'l' can be found.

2. The email address is not in the mailing lists. But the one with one 'l' is.

For sentence 1, I'm wondering which would be more likely used by a native speaker:
a) but the one with one 'l' can.
b) but the one with one 'l' can be.
