Can anyone tell me which of these sentences are correct? and why?

1. "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish"

It is a comment made at a presentation in Stanford University.

It is a comment made in the presentation in Stanford Univ.

4. ",."

'A' or 'the' depends on whether this presentation has been mentioned already in the context.
