Can anyone tell me the differnce between hass been and had been with proper sentences?

i m very confused about these two things that where shuld i use hass been and where shuld i use had been...

has been - present perfect (if no other verb is used...) [used to say a past event/condition that has a present effect]

had been - past perfect [used to say a past event/condition before another past event/time period]
