can anyone polish my writing?

Commercials without a doubt rank number one on my list of "things that exasperate me" Can we just exile them to an indigenous tribe of Neptune? because we humans have had enough of them.Let's start with fast food commercials. For some reason Mcdonald's celebrates that when people buy their chicken Mcnuggets they must have a celebratory bash with twenty other people and visually examine a movie and laugh and sing. When in reality most people buying Mcdonalds are going to engulf their Big Macs in the burned backs of their cars in the middle of a empty parking lot.
Or how about medication commercials? What is the point of them? They are always comprised of a monologue 90% about the dangerous side effects, and at the very end they say “ask your doctor if this is right for you“ If the doctor is supposed to decide if the medicine is right or wrong for you, why advertise it to the clueless public? No one's going to pick up the phone and say, “ah yeah, I’ll take twenty orders of Cymbalta please, rush delivery, thanks.”

Then comes the car commercials. I don’t know if it’s just me that noticed this, but most of the time car commercials are compromised of this persistent guy running in front of twenty different car models pleading with you to come to their “special limited time sale”. Which is pretty much year round. They also always assume we’re going to take this magical Volkswagen on an adventurous journey from like New Jersey to California, when in reality we just use it to drive to drive to one hell hole to a different one. School and work.

Then there are the unrealistic commercials. Like when they use a product beyond what it can do. For instance paper towel commercials where they exaggerate everything to make it seem like the product could soak up half of the Pacific Ocean.

Commercials also happen to come at the worst times possible. I’m watching Pretty Little Liars and a character is about to confess something and bam, there’s a commercial break, and after that, guess what? they change scenes! You could be watching the news and want to see just one report but have to sit through twenty stories before it. And then have a five minute commercial break about some vacuum. I just wanted to see Obama’s speech about the nation not a speech about how to clean my house!

Lastly, there are the commercials that we don’t even know what they're about. They show a happy family, a person in an airport, a fancy diner and then it turns out to be about shoes.

What is wrong with these commercials these days?
