can anyone please help me to write a formal letter to my headmaster?
See my plan :
I)Introduction = object of letter ; demand of improvement of our library.
II)Body: 1)remind him about the importance of library in education(convince)
2)talk about improvement.
A-visited the library
B-ask for improvement (No catalogs,no English magazines,no maps,no monographs,no newspaper)
III)Closure:hope(Waiting his favorable answer...)
