Can anyone help with this?

I was born in March,

My birthday is in September,

I killed my mother,

I was born before my father,

I married my sister,

Yet committed no crime.

Hmmm A vicar etc could marry his sister (to her fiance) without committing a crime and perhaps he is older than his 'father' the bishop? I can't find how that might fit with the other parts though, unless we are talking born as in 'born-again'? Probably on the wrong track altogether...

Tricky isn't it?

I was thinking along the lines of some actor who'd done some of these things in different roles. Can't get any further than that though.

Hi All

I think i may have this one.

I was born in march ( March is a little town near Cambridge in England)

His Birthday was in September.

His mother died during childbirth

His father was present at the birth so (was born before his father's eyes)

He then became a vicar (and so married his sister)

So he commited no crime!

Well, Veronicawells....you asked the question! How can we verify our answers if you don't know the answer yourself? I think that eargasms may be right, but perhaps the subject has a new father who is younger than him?
I hope you have the real answer!

I still think "I was born before my father" is a play on words.

If his father was present at the birth, then he would be born before his father.

Sorry, TeacherBrian, I don't have the answer, I was hoping one of you folks might have come across this before.

I like the "winter" suggestion but can you elaborate on it?

Ive heard this one before, eargasm has the right answer for it. The born before his father is a play on words.
