Can anyone help (URGENT)

Please correct:

We require some confirmation from your end.

Did you receive the PDU's from Avaya and HP,
As per your given power requirement sheet, you do not require 3-phase in future. Please confirm your future requirements. we have some space constraints due to this we would like to move racks 10, 19 and 28 to a new position, please confirm your concerns.
