Can anyone help me?

0 I've found an interesting statement and I have no idea why it is formed the way it is. It goes like this: 02br

00I'd really like to know what kind of construction is this. I'm trying to figure it out and I've searched in grammar books (chapters about the present perfect and the "to infinitive"...) and haven't found anything useful, except that the "to infinitive" can fulfill the function of a noun. I've never seen anything like this and would really need some advice at least on where to search for answers. Thanks.02br
