Can anyone explain me the meaning of this??

I recently joined this forum. I think that it is an excellent platform to enhance my verbal and written skills in English communication.

Few minutes ago I came across a email sent to me, it seems spam but still i read through it ....found myself blank....I am really unable to understand what it refers to. Please explain...
