can anyone correct this pls

According to our field inspection, we have sent letters to hotels which are located in Dumsi District, regarding the marine Environment protection license.
Upon receiving our letter, some hotels requested an awareness programe on our law, regulations and licensing procedure.
And also few hotels spoke to us and they requested more time to obtain our permit. So, herewith I am forwarding relevant documents to you to further action and looking forward your kind advice on this matter.
