To whom it may concern,

JPA is going to terminate the temp service of lecturer for foreign language class of Daimaru University at the end of March, 2011, at the expiry of the agreement.

Since the failure of business of EDAP company in October 2008, we were entrusted with the temp service of lecturer for foreign language class of Daimaru University. But we judged to be difficult to preserve and expand this business in competition with the sector peer company.

Therefore, the contract of employment will terminate in the end of February, 2011.

As explained above, we will terminate the temp service of lecturer, but Daimaru University has an intention to have you teach foreign language class as heretofore after the termination of contract with us.

Daimaru University will entrust the temp service of lecturer for foreign language class to ABC Language School from next fiscal year.

And so we will introduce you to ABC Language School upon your request.
We will promise to maintain the same fee you currently receive for one class in your one-year term contract with ABC Language School next year if you accept to teach according to the agenda of English class of Daimaru University as a member of ABC Language School.
