Dear Sir/Madam,

I read your advertisement in the Times of 2 March 2005 about courses to become a hotel receptionist. I think this seems to offer an ideal way of combining training for a job and improving my English.

My name is Mara Ciechorski and I am 17 years old. I am taking my finals of my higher education in May. After my examination I would like to work in a hotel abroad or in an international hotel in the Netherlands. I would like to ask if you can send me a brochure about the courses. And perhaps you can give me some more details. Is there a possibility for me to even take part in the courses, because I’m Dutch?
