Further to the email dated 01.03.2017 to your office requesting for the prompt repair on the defective drainage systems at the cubicle no.1 & no.3 of the male toilet at our clubhouse, we are yet to receive any responses from you so far whilst we have received a complaint from a group of clubhouse users via our customer services hotline in recent days, expressing their dissatisfaction about the continued malfunction of the toilet facility.

In view of the urgency of the above rectification work out of likely public safety concern, we wish you can provide us with your estimation cost on the repair work by close of play tomorrow so that we can timely proceed the repair cost settlement with our Accounts Section.
