On the aspects on other related departments, the course exclusively give me the concept of human resources such as the process and the rationale of recruiting a staff. Now, I have a clear picture of the background including skills and knowledge of staff recruited by the human resources sections of LCSD and help me design for future daily management plan. Similarly, I have learnt numerous marketing principles from the course and I have never hesitated to apply these principles such as Be both relevant and unique- on creatively promoting the programs held at my parks and playgrounds. Also, great attention is paid to manage financial matter in daily operation after learning the financial management during the course. I start drafting a simple budget in order to well assess the incurred expenses in upcoming year and appropriately use procurement to purchase necessary equipments to uphold our park and playground’s quality of services to the public.
