Dear Mr. Tiler,
I write to report you the dispatch of the following letters for two impending improvement works in our school.
1) Letter to pest control company
With the mosquito breeding season fast approaching, we wish you can consider our proposal of expanding your current anti-mosquito measures to the backyard of our school. Admittedly, the mentioned area have never been mentioned in the original order issued by us two months ago, but we couldn't afford not to make such arrangement at this moment considering the expected seriousness of mosquitos breeding and possible outbreak of Zika disease within our community this season. We would accept any reasonable re-arrangement of your servicing areas such as to reduce a portion of your planned services in our sports ground to make up the proposed services in our backyard if a simply addition of backyard in the issued order is infeasible. We would also accept to settle the payment on partial basis as suggested by your company, proposing to pay for your services charges every 3 months, starting from June 2016 to March 2017.
2) Letter to construction contractor
In response to your proposal regarding our sports ground improvement work, we are sorry to see the color proposed by your company fail to meet our expectation again. Indeed, as we clearly stated before, we prefer to choose a dark orange color rather than the light brown color suggested by your side on painting the tracks, with the aim to create a more energetic sports environment for the students. To our understanding, your side have encountered some difficulties in finding the dark orange paint and hence we, after considering the work having being delayed by nearly half a year, decide to accept the application of dark brown color instead of dark orange color or light brown color when your side painting the track of our sports ground. On the other hand, we still find the omission of arrow signs indicated on your proposed layout plan which is deemed to be unacceptable. To facilitate our assessment on the work proposal and the implementation of the work, please provide us with a fresh layout plan including our newly-chosen color on the track and the arrow signs by 18.05.2016.
