Can anybody figure out which one is similar?

I'm a student of learning English and.. suddenly crushed with this question.

the question is like below

For the first question -

None of the 3 sentences are correct.

In the first sentence, you would need to replace "wanted" with "wished" ("I wished that he would run.")

The second and third sentences are simply not correct.

I don't understand the second question. What are you trying to say?
