Can anybody check my applicant essay?

I am writing to apply for undergraduate program in The School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
I graduated----------- in June 2010. At the moment I’m studying at the second course of the ----------- by majority Computer Science and Software Engineering. I have a lot of reason of changing university.
Main person who influence to me is my Grandfather. He symbolize good, honesty, wisdom and hard-working person. He gave me, I think, two important advices to reach success. First, be hard-working; give all yourself to work, to goal. I remember what he said: If you don’t give yourself to 100% percent, the result won’t be the best. Andrew Carnegie, the founder of Carnegie Mellon University, once said: “My heart is in the work”. These words influenced to me very strong. The reason was without hard-working you can’t achieve anything. Second advice was: develop your outlook. Outlook is useful for managers or politicians. These types of professions need knowledge which takes all aspects of life. Managers are important to an organization's success because they direct and coordinate activities so the organization can reach its goals. They should be good in everything. In relationship with stuff, with business partners and be professional in his work. This all requires outlook. Through Grandfather I feel I have acquired the values and the burning desire to benefit others that will form the undergraduate for a great life. I also feel that undergraduate is not enough. I do not yet have the sophistication, knowledge, and wisdom necessary to succeed as I want to in the world of politics. For many years, I have been interested in studying international relations. My interest in pursuing this field stems from several factors which have affected me. Political Science with specialization in International Relations at NU would be interesting to study because globalization is creating an increasingly interdependent and complex set of political, economic, social, and cultural processes. This affects all democratic societies. I’m interested in studying the variation in national policy patters within Central Asia and the wider Customs Union and analyzing how the nations’ political leaders, government official and business executives handle the upcoming challenges.
The reason of changing majority is scholarship. The ministry of education doesn’t gives grants to International Relationship. This is why I selected Computer Science. But when I’m heard about ----------, with specialization in Politics, I strong decided to transfer.
"When you want something very badly, the whole universe helps you achieve this", referring to the shepherd Santiago, says the king Melchizedek. This phrase from the book gives us a dream, and achieves the goal at any cost. Embody must dream a reality. My goal, maybe dream, is to enter to-----. This is that I want vary badly.
