Can any one tel me the difference between ITS BEEN and ITS BEING

I am very confused that where shuld i use its been .

can you explain me with the help of examples

is this sentece correct " Its been a long time i have not seen u "

Some examples of "It's been":

It's been (It has been) a long time since I've seen you. (The sentence you posted is not correct.)

It's been **** living without you.

It's been hot the last few days.

It's been freezing all this week.

It's been raining since this morning.

Examples of "It's being":

It's being (It is being) done now.
