Can any one help me with this paragraph. I want know do i need to make any changes?

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused in the earlier call. To be honest with you I was bit afraid and worried about the Canada process. I had already spoken to one of your client in the UK. But, I am really unhappy with his answers. So I thought of calling to India.
