Can any one correct my sentense

Please correct:

"You always having a Sevier health issues on the occasion of eid days, I think take a proper bed rest and don’t accept any more party invitations.

Also raise your sick leaves after ccoming the office, however I'll be in office and handle all operational work my self."

Eid is the period of celebration at the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting in Islam. Raise is a puzzle to me, as well.
