00 I am confused about the modals 'can' and 'could'. I thought we use the modal 'can' when we want to talk about his or her ability to do something. Is that only restricted to physical ability? Could it be mental abillity or any other kinds of abilities if there are different kinds of abilities available out there? 02 br
