Can an expert that's into sports help?

Can you correct the sentences and questions? I'm not sure I've written them correctly.

1 Usually top 10 draft picks, stay with the team that has drafted them for the duration of their contract unless they turn out to be flops.
2 Which top 10 draft pick in any nba draft was traded to a different team fastest because he turned out to be a flop?

In this sentence, the sports commentator said the first sentence, luckily he also said something like sentence 2 to help me understand what he meant. How would you write sentence 1?

3 You can't read how he starts a game in relationship to how he finishes it. He could start a game very bad, not making any shots and finish the game making his last 10 shots. You never know what he'll do.

Thank you
